Reviewers hold advanced degrees in pharmacology, biochemistry, endocrinology or a related life science. They assess scientific accuracy, the strength of the cited evidence, and whether any statement could be read as human medical advice — which is never our intent.
Reviewed articles are re-checked periodically and whenever significant new literature appears. The date shown on an article reflects its most recent verified review, not merely its first publication.
